Scan the QR code at the station

After completing the payment process, you'll receive a QR code via email. When you hold it up to the scanner at the SUPana station, a compartment containing your board will open automatically.

Just paddle and have fun

Now you can grab your board and paddle and hit the water. Your credit is billed by the minute. Any unused time carries over to your next trip, and you can top up if you go over your allotted time.

You can purchase a time package for a specific country through the Supana website or app, and use that package at any Supana station in that country. Our boards are always ready to go—all you need to do is attach the fin. No need to inflate them. After your trip, just put the board and paddle back in the box—that’s it.
